Charge both insoles fully (about 3 hours). Trim along the dashed line for your UK size, remove your existing insoles and drop the Varmo pair in. Hold the remote button for two seconds to pair, then tap to cycle Low, Medium and High. Warmth arrives within 30 seconds.
