Orders

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspected fraud. A contract is only formed once we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel an order after confirmation (e.g. due to a pricing or stock error) and will issue a full refund if this happens.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP, £) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though this will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is processed securely through PayPal at the time of order. We do not store your full payment details.

While we make every effort to ensure prices and product descriptions are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error after you’ve placed an order, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Product Information

We aim to describe our products as accurately as possible, including images, dimensions, and specifications. However, slight variations (e.g. colour, due to display settings) may occur, and we do not guarantee that all product descriptions are 100% error-free.

This product contains a rechargeable lithium battery and electrical heating components. Please read and follow all safety instructions included with your order. Use the product only as intended and described.

Your Right to Cancel

All content on this Site — including the Varmo name, logo, product photography, graphics, and text — is our property or used under licence, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
