Shipping
We currently ship to UK addresses only. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery typically taking 10-15 business days depending on customs (allow a few extra days during Nov-Jan peak season). Shipping is free.
You’ll get a confirmation email once your order ships, with status updates — note that detailed real-time tracking isn’t available. If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days of shipping confirmation, email info@varmo.uk with your order number.
Returns
Yes. You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason — no explanation needed. Just email us at [email] within that window, and you’ll have another 14 days to send the item back. We’ll refund you in full (including original delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving it back. Return shipping is at your own cost, unless the item is faulty.
Got a sizing issue or a small problem with your insoles? Contact us first — we can often sort it with a quick fix or replacement part, no return needed.
Item arrived faulty or damaged? Let us know with photos and we’ll send a replacement or full refund, return shipping included, at no cost to you.
